As a clarity and confidence coach, I’m here to help you navigate life’s changes with grace by supporting and encouraging you.
All this while I offer you a space for exploration, growth, and embracing your own path.
And I won’t stop there! As a confidence coach, I like to encourage people to chase their wildest dreams and believe in them completely. You’ll get gentle nudges to share your dreams and your ambitions.
I’ve Been in Your Shoes
Why? Because I want to assist people who are where I’ve been in the past.
Because a few years ago I was struggling with very low confidence in my own abilities. If I’m honest, I barely knew what my abilities and strengths were!
I didn’t believe in myself. I felt like I’d always been struggling with being a perfectionist (hello, imposter syndrome). And I had no idea what to do with myself.
Yes, I lacked self-awareness. I had no idea who I was. But now?
I’ve been working hard on raising my self-awareness, emotional intelligence and confidence levels. I know what my core values are. And I know how to tap into my values and strengths when I have to make difficult decisions.
I live my life with purpose (I promise you this is not just a nice-sounding cliche).
And I’ve had help with all this. Tutors, coaches, mentors, friends and family, all contributed to my personal development.
Naturally, I want to do the same for others. This led me to become a clarity and confidence coach. It’s my #1 purpose!

Why not? Kidding, that’s not the answer. I don’t like to sing my praises, but I can promise you’ll always find a space where you’ll feel comfortable.

Because I’m a calm person, my preferred pace in coaching is slow, and I let you reflect at ease. You can’t rush certain things in life, and working on yourself is one of them.

I’m keen on having a collaborative, friendly coaching relationship with you.
I want to learn new tools and techniques to stay professional and effective as your confidence and clarity coach. You basically have full free access to a growing library of resources that live inside my head.
That’s not to say that I’ll ever impose any methods on you. I’ll offer opinions wherever I feel some tool might be a good fit in assisting your reflection and discovery work. But the choice is always yours.
Whether you want to try it or not, I’m flexible. And we can always stick to the good ol’ open questions.

Why am I coaching only at weekends?
I know this won’t be everybody’s cup of tea, and that’s okay, but for the moment, I only coach at weekends. Why?
I can’t coach in the evenings. This is because I work full-time as an SEO copywriter. And I feel tired after 8 hours of intense work.
That would contradict my commitment to offer you, the coachee, my full attention. You’d compete with my work-related worries and my tiredness, and neither of us wants that.
So, weekends, because that’s when I can leave work behind fully. And I can simply BE, I feel grounded and present.
I feel ready to receive you, to support you in the best way I can. And to offer you the options and nudges we discussed above.
